Farmer’s market Taipei style

Not too far from home is one of many local produce markets that sell fruits, vegetables, meats and fish.  Prices are much better than what you’d pay in the grocery stores, and it’s a fun experience as well.

There are half a dozen of these little porduce street within a few minutes walk from home.

  1. Laura – I noticed there are mushrooms in that veggie pile! You haven’t become a mushroom eater, have you???

    1. Hey Lisa,

No, Laura’s not a mushroom eater and I can’t imagine that she ever will be. I had to use the mushrooms in a different dish and had to cut them on their own separate cutting board so that the it wouldn’t mess with her veggies.
