Taken just across the street from our house at one of Taipei’s best known ‘fried onion cake’ shops.  This little hole-in-the-wall only does one thing and they do it well.  Their fried onion cakes are well know throughout the city and the lines are often 10-20 minutes long.  It’s worth the weight.
