This was a lucky day for me.  I’ve been a big Formula One fan for years now and have recently been lucky enough to see a few races, but always wanted to share the experience with Laura.  This year we just happened to be in Melbourne the same week the as the Melbourne Grand Prix so I dragged Laura down to Albert Park for the Friday practice session.  We saw a few support races, aerial displays and of course the F1 cars.  We couldn’t stay for the race, but it was definitely enough to make it a lucky day for me.
