I bought this lens for what is an absolute bargain compared to anything even close to the same specs in Leica glass. It is about 5% of the cost of the Leica 50mm Summilux and it delivers so much more than 5% of the Summilux’s performance. You can read more about the lens here and here.
It was nice to finally get it out in my favorite city, Paris. The images have been edited from DNG files in Lightroom with VSCO presets applied to a few of them. I’m happy to supply details about what presets and edits were applied to any specific images you’d like more information about.
Enjoy a few a few photographs from this beautiful city.

Fantastic shots!
I just acquired M9P, and I already had Canon 50mm LTM 1,4 with Canon Rangefinder camera and wasn’t sure if Id keep the lens or find a Leica lens for it but your post inspired me to keep the lens, and how much money it will save me!;)(at least for now..;p)
Additionally, I am going to Paris next days so your post was double inspiration.:)
Thank you!

So happy to hear this article reached someone. I have picked up the Leica Summilux since then, but still reach for the this Canon LTM for it’s unique rendering. All of its imperfections set it apart, for better or worse. Thanks again for your inspiring comment, and soak in all of Paris, I’m jealous. Cheers!
