Leica SL2-S – First Night Out

The Leica SL2-S was a camera that never really piqued my interest until I saw a gap in my gear. I needed something that was all-weather suitable since I moved the Olympus OMD E-M1 MIII out of the rotation. Initial impressions were VERY positive.

  2. Great to see you post again – I purchased a Leica M10R and a Leica SL1 in 2023. This may be heresy, but I prefer the SL1 – and I am hoping to upgrade to the SL-2 this year.

    1. Thanks for the kind words! Nope, not heresy in my eyes. I was completely against the SL for the longest time until I picked one up at the store, I bought it the same day and have enjoyed it more and more each time I pick it up. It’s truly one of the most robust and versatile cameras I’ve ever used.
